CANOPIA

The CANOPIA project is one of the largest urban renewal projects currently under development in Bordeaux. Located in the heart of the Saint-Jean district, this mixed-use development provides nearly 70,000 m² of floor area dedicated to retail, offices, residential units, hotels, restaurants and landscaped public spaces.

The project aims to reconnect Saint-Jean railway station with the city centre, while creating a new, sustainable and attractive urban destination.

OUR SCOPE OF WORK

• Execution design of the reinforced concrete structures for the DESCAS package, in collaboration with the S2MB BIM Manager.
