STRUCTURAL EXECUTION DESIGN SERVICES FOR LEGENDRE

Execution design for the strengthening of the existing foundations to enable the vertical extension of the building from R+5 to R+8.
Design of strengthening measures for the reinforced-concrete structure at Basement Level 1 and Ground Floor (RDC), in response to architectural modifications and new internal layouts.
Structural analysis, design and preparation of fabrication drawings for a steel structure forming the load-bearing base at the lower level of R+6, designed to support and transfer the loads from the three timber-frame extension levels (R+6, R+7 and R+8).
Execution design of the structural elements of the vertical extension, including stair and lift cores, reinforced-concrete staircases and semi-precast concrete walls (prémurs), including the preparation of formwork drawings, reinforcement drawings and structural calculation reports.
