OUR SCOPE OF SERVICES
Structural execution design consultancy (BET Exécution Structure), in collaboration with the contractor, to develop and optimize technical solutions meeting the hospital's functional requirements and operational constraints.
The main assignments included:
- Underpinning studies (RSO) for the existing structures.
- Design of extensions to both the substructure (basements) and superstructure.
- Modification of 40 cm-thick load-bearing masonry façades at the ground-floor and basement levels, while ensuring the structural stability of the building and maintaining the operation of the R+6 building throughout the works.
- Restructuring of levels SS2, SS1 and Ground Floor (RDC), involving numerous adaptations to different structural systems (reinforced concrete, masonry and steel structures) to accommodate changes in the hospital's functional requirements and operational needs.
