Carrying out structural execution design for the rehabilitation and vertical extension of two existing buildings.
Preparation of formwork and reinforcement drawings, structural analysis and design of reinforced-concrete elements, verification of strengthening measures for the existing structure, and integration of constraints related to underpinning works and structural modifications.
Technical coordination with the various disciplines (architecture, HVAC/MEP, plumbing and electrical) and development of the studies within a BIM environment to ensure consistent technical interfaces and proper execution of the project.
