Execution design for the major renovation of a reinforced-concrete building.

Major refurbishment of a reinforced-concrete building complex comprising four blocks (A, B, C and D), configured as ground floor + 5 upper levels (R+5) with 2 basement levels, with a façade length of more than 100 m, located opposite Noisy–Champs railway station (RER A).

Following the restructuring, the complex provides a total floor area of approximately 28,000 m², distributed over 10 levels (2 basement levels and 8 above-ground levels).

The main structural interventions include:

  • Underpinning of the existing foundations of a 4,300 m² car park.
  • Structural modifications to four existing lift and stair cores, together with the construction of four new stair cores, as well as numerous internal structural modifications across all levels.
  • Vertical extension of the building through the addition of two new levels (R+6 and R+7) on top of the existing structure.
  • Building extensions along three façades: North, South and West.
